I've been teaching children for 20+ years and I've poured myself into learning about mindfulness, nutrition, and personal training to heal my life and help others do the same.  Time spent in the classroom and with individuals of all different abilities has shown me how to cue for greater results while showing people their strength. While I love teaching, my passion for wellness has empowered me to move through difficult health diagnoses, keep up with my now teenage sons, and maintain as positive an outlook as possible in a challenging world. Let me help you do the same. I currently support adults with all different fitness, mindfulness, nutrition skills, and abilities. I know that collaboration and goal setting are key- then simple and consistent actions move us toward that picture of optimal health emerging within us.
