Ourselves are at the top of the list. We can be grateful for who we are- the air we breathe, the food we eat and all of the comforts around us. If we are working on self improvements (well, yeah), it doesn't mean we aren't thankful for our journey- for our process- for this moment.
Affirmation: Today, I am grateful for this moment. PM: At bedtime, list out all of the many reasons you are grateful for yourself and your life. Then, close your eyes and breathe in gratitude, listing each thing in your mind. Breathe out and extend your gratitude into space.
