Ever have one of these moments? Every time you straighten up one room and move on to the next, the kids and fur babies move in to destroy the calm?
Sometimes, as we feel ourselves frustrated and grumpy- wrestling and fighting to find a way to get it all done and super irritated with everything we love- we have to find a moment to breathe.
Walk into the next room. Find your favorite essential oil. Place a drop in your palm and inhale deeply. Take a moment to recharge your body, mind and spirit. While it's no magic wand that will suddenly clean your home and put a sparkle in your smile, it certainly helps put life into perspective.
Today, my thoughts going into this breather were: "Why won't my kids just listen? Why do I have to ask them ten thousand times?! Why is it so hard? What should I do? Should I take away tech?"
When I left my breather my thoughts were- "These moments might not happen again- one day they''ll be grown. You are doing the best you can. They are doing the best they can. Believe and breathe in patience. Who cares if the house isn't perfect? I can do this. I am a loving mother."
Find that kind of courage by putting into place daily practices to breathe and refresh- to renew your spirit. Reach for natural solutions that don't have side effects. Try replacing the ibuprofen with peppermint oil, the wine with copaiba or adaptive. You're worth it and so is the family 👍 . Love, LeeAnn
