Some people seem to have it all together. They are weathering the storm beautifully on the outside, but we don't know about what is happening internally. What fears, worries, apathy or uncertainty exists? How many others need to reconnect with their purpose, their inner beauty and their joy? While we might be filled with a mix of a myriad emotions at anyone time, we know we can embrace the goodness in any situation. If you've been needing a reason to wake up, something to look forward to, a purpose, an evolution, this is an opportunity to try out several strategies for enhancing your morning and transforming your life.
We are fortunate to be given many different gifts, talents and strategies for embracing our realities and making the most of them. Sometimes it simply means we find the small gifts we are thankful for such as the smell of fabric softener or the sounds of birds in the trees. Sometimes, we want to move through emotional and energetic blocks using different methods like chakra dancing, reiki, and other movement.
The 21 Day Wake Up Challenge has been a gift for me as it's allowed me to connect you with a community of leaders in yoga, Pilates, light healing, essential oils, general fitness, mindfulness and more. Each of these talented folks eagerly agreed to help me present strategies for wellness and optimism. Together, for 20 minutes per day, for 21 days, we will set our alarms and wake up to a community gathered on Zoom, leading you through meditation, journaling, vision setting and movement.
