We spent the morning with my dear friend, Brittany, who happens to be a fitness expert, wellness advocate and an amazing guide for meditation.
She shared with us the healing properties of three essential oils:
lavender- healing of blocked communication, fear of rejections, tense, racing thoughts, emotional dishonesty, hiding fear, feeling unseen, unheard, or unloved, insecurity
frankincense- healing feelings of abandonment, spiritual disconnection, and relationships with your father
Balance- grounding and healing feelings of escape, flightiness, avoidance of long term commitments

Monday: Light Healing Session with Kathy MGrath! Bring a room temperature bowl of water large enough to put your hand in and be comfortable for our session. Oils to deepen your experience- Vetiver, patchouli, Frankincense, lavender, Balance
Tuesday- Movement with Owen: If you have Deep Blue, Copaiba, Peppermint or Breathe, you can use these to enhance your breathing, muscle pain and energy prior to or after the session.
Tuesday PM- Bonus Essential Oils Class at 7pm Learn the basics about why DoTerra oils are safe, effective and cheaper than modern medicine
Wednesday- Earth Day with Ashley Daige: Gifts of the Earth, Aromatherapy Learning Session
