Using My Oils to Move Out of a Flare Up

Picture
This time of year, I tend to experience flare-ups of my IBS and IC. Why? Stress, probably. Food I don't normally eat...mmm hmmm... wine? Yep. But, no one wants to be out of commission when there is so much excitement in the air.

If you're someone who tends to experience more headaches, muscle aches, digestive issues or stress during this time of year, you don't have to have a diagnosis to benefit from these amazing oils and supplements. They will be a gift you can count on all season and beyond.

First of all, when a flare up occurs, rest and reflection are essential. Copaiba soft gels are my best friend at bedtime. I take one, it soothes my worried mind and relaxes me into a better night sleep. Then, it goes to work reducing inflammation and aching in my body. I highly recommend these gelcaps as they have so many benefits that could improve your body functioning, stress and skin.

For added joint and muscle pain relief, massage on Aromatouch. It is prediluted and supports circulation to speed healing to those areas that need more TLC. Once that dries, layer on your Deep blue rub. AHHHH... it is soooooooo goood. I bought the liter version, my family is always turning to this powerful support.

Lastly, that upset tummy needs Digest Zen. This is massaged onto the belly with a carrier oil (just means an oil good for your skin like fractionated coconut or almond oil). I love the "I love you" massage. I learned this with my finicky baby and it works just as well on adults. Start by rubbing your tummy ono the left bottom in an I motion toward the top of your abdomen (just under your rib cage). Next, rub left to right along the top of your belly or under the rib cage so your two motions combined look like and upside down L. Now, complete the motion by massaging from upper right to the bottom right, forming an upside down U when you complete all three moves.

I also love this in the gel cap version and put a drop of it in my water.

Want to try them out? Check out the link below. It also gets you a whole sale membership which offers discounted purchase pricing for a year (save 25%+) and buy if and when you want to!

Let me know how these work for you!

Love,

LeeAnn
