We greet the world with this body, this mind, this energy. We respond to the world with these thoughts, these actions, these interpretations. We fuel ourselves with this food, this water, these nutrients. Wellness is a complex concept. Sleep, eating, movement, digestion, mood, confidence, self love- how do we nurture all of it?
The truth is, there is no quick fix and I think we all know that. But, just because there are multiple layers doesn't mean we can't consistently improve in our health- wellness-self concept. One step at a time, we can embrace our true nature and enhance the functioning of our body and emotions to optimize our experiences. We can create the mindset needed to enjoy this life.
